Join Dallas Contemporary for DC YOGA taught by Kymber Campbell
The class is vinyasa based with an emphasis on personal embodiment, breath, and functional mobility. Additionally on the importance of slow breathing and intentional movement for regaining balance (physical, mental, & spiritual). Classes are designed for all-levels. Students can expect to learn more about themselves, their bodies, and their breath along the way.
Attendants should bring their own mat and water bottle
